Monday's Menu

Meal plans for the kitchen you actually have.

It won't suggest a recipe you can't cook. It won't repeat itself either. Seven dinners a week, composed around the equipment, diet, and schedule your household actually has.

From Sunday to Saturday

A meal plan is more than a list. It's the rhythm of a household — preferences, leftovers, the rainy night you'd rather order in. Monday's Menu composes around all of it.

  • Tell us about your table: family size, the foods you skip, the cuisines you reach for, and the nights you cook fast.
  • We compose seven dinners balanced across cuisine, technique, and time. Sunday's prep is one shopping trip; Monday through Friday cook in under thirty minutes.
  • Eat well all week. We track what worked, so the next week lands closer to home.

Common questions

Will it suggest recipes I can't cook?

No. Equipment is an input to the plan. If you have no oven, no stand mixer, or a single burner, the week is composed around that rather than assuming a fully equipped kitchen.

Does it repeat meals?

Not within four weeks. Variety across cuisine and technique is a constraint on how the week is composed, not a side effect.

Do I need an account to try it?

No. The Tonight tool and the free seven-day plan both work signed out. An account is needed to save plans, generate grocery lists, and use the Sous Chef.

How long do weeknight meals take?

Weeknight dinners are composed to finish in under thirty minutes. Sunday carries the prep and the single shopping trip.

Can I change a plan after it's generated?

Yes. The AI Sous Chef edits an existing plan in place — swapping an ingredient, replacing a meal, or adjusting how many people it serves.

Can it handle food allergies?

It cannot, and it should not be relied on for that. You can record foods you skip and the plan will respect those preferences, but plans are generated with AI assistance and carry no allergen guarantee. Verifying ingredients and allergens before cooking is your responsibility.
